About St Vlas Apartments
St Vlas Apartments.Com is a web site bulit by an Apartment Owner for other Apartment Owners in the St Vlas area of Bulgaria and includes a private forum for exclusive use of Apartment owners.
The site was initially intended to include just the Dinevi Resort Apartments but we will consider listing anything else in the surrounding area. The intention is to give owners a common place to advertise their properties for Rent or Sale.
The Apartment owners will themselves will be responsible for the accuracy of the property descriptions given, though the site owner reserves the right to remove any "description" that is deemed to be false or misleading.
Potential guests/buyers will deal with the owners direct rather than going through a 3rd Party agent thereby increasing potential returns for the owners and reducing the price for the guests. It will be up to the owner to facilitate all aspects of the deal themselves.
As this site is intended for the benefit of Apartment owners then I am happy to listen to suggestions from them as to how we might improve it.
