About The Etara Complex

Etara is built in the Old Bulgarian style. The complex is 344 meters in length and is divided into two parts - Etara I and Etara II.

It is located on an incline beside the waterfront, just 20 meters away from the sea, and comprises three buildings forming an inner area full of greenery. There are 240 apartments and 6 individual houses.

The complex has two restaurants with outdoor/indoor seating, a bar, a shop, a gym, two swimming pools with children's areas, beautiful landscaped gardens and 24 hour guarded parking.

Etara is also within walking distance of the newly built Marina and the village of Sveti Vlas.

Regular bus service

Local buses run a regular service every 15 minutes to Sunny Beach with the terminal bus stop being just a few minutes walk away from the complex. Alternatively there is a shuttle bus service which also services the village and Sunny Beach from outside the complexes main entrance.

The village square of St Vlas is only a 15 minute walk away along a street that has a good number of quality restaurants and small shops.

Bulgarian themed restaurant

Etara has a Bulgarian themed Restaurant which serves excellent lunches with seating outside. There is also a second restaurant which has both inside and outside seating and has a European themed menu.

Two reasonably sized mini markets can be found in the village and there is a small shop on site which stocks all essential items. There is adequate parking available at the rear of complex and a local taxi service is available from there.

All the apartments at Etara are finished to an excellent standard. There are 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments available. The grounds within the complex are well maintained and there is ample lighting provided.

Two swimming pools

Located at the centre of the complex are two swimming pools which incorporate a smaller, shallower pool suitable for younger children.

The pools are surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers for use by apartment owners and guests free of charge. Each pool is conveniently placed in front of each of the restaurants and has ample outside seating allowing for the full facilities of the restaurant to be used whilst at the pool. Table service is provided.
