The Watermill Complex
The Watermill is part of the Dinevi Resort it has been built in the traditional Bulgarian revival style and comprises a total of 109 apartments within 5 seperate buildings. It has a restaurant with outdoor/indoor seating, 2 swimming pools, 24 hour guarded parking lot, and landscaped grounds. It is ideally situated being close to both the village of St Vlas itself whilst only 300m from the newly built Dinevi Marina.
Local buses run a regular service every 15 minutes to Sunny Beach along the road behind the complex.
Two reasonably sized mini markets can be found in the village about 100m away.
The village square of St Vlas is only a 10 minute walk away along a street that has a good number of quality restaurants and small shops. There is adequate parking available at the rear of complex and a local taxi service is available from there.
The Watermill has a Bulgarian themed Restaurant with seating both inside and out. It is popular with locals as well as holidaymakers. Barbecue food is freshly prepared and cooked to order on the grill adjacent to the restaurant.
Located at the centre of the complex is the swimming pool it incorporates a smaller, shallower pool suitable for younger children. The pool is surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas for use by apartment owners and guests free of charge.
The pool is conveniently placed in front of the restaurant and has ample outside seating allowing for the full facilities of the restaurant to be used whilst at the pool. Table service is provided.
All the apartments at the watermill are finished to an excellent standard.
There are 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments available. The grounds within the complex grounds are well maintained and there is ample lighting provided.
The development has wide expanses of green areas making it suitable for children to play and also has a climbing frame, slide and swings located close to the restaurant making it a popular evening destination for people with children.
