The Watermill built in 2005, is part of the Dinevi Resort it has been built in the traditional Bulgarian revival style and comprises a total of 109 apartments within 5 seperate buildings. It has a restaurant with outdoor/indoor seating, 2 swimming pools, 24 hour guarded parking lot, and landscaped grounds. It is ideally situated being close to both the village of Sveti Vlas (St Vlas) itself whilst only 300m from the newly built Dinevi Marina.
Local buses run a regular service every 15 minutes to Sunny Beach along the road behind the complex.
Bulgarian themed restaurant
The village square of St Vlas is only a 5 minute walk away along a street that has a good number of quality restaurants and small shops. There is adequate parking available at the rear of Watermill complex and a local taxi service is available from there.
The Watermill has a Bulgarian themed Restaurant with seating both inside and out. It is popular with locals as well as holidaymakers. Barbecue food is freshly prepared and cooked to order on the grill adjacent to the restaurant.
Private swimming pool
Located at the centre of the complex is the swimming pool it incorporates a smaller, pool suitable for younger children. The pool is surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas for use by apartment owners and guests free of charge.
The pool is in front of the restaurant. Table service is provided.
All the apartments at the Watermill are finished to an excellent standard.

There are 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments available. The grounds within the complex grounds are well maintained and there is ample lighting provided.
The development has wide expanses of green areas making it suitable for children to play and also has a climbing frame, slide and swings located close to the restaurant making it a popular evening destination for people with children.
